Whilst engaged in this fellowship, Martin veered away from his more general focus on the various aspects of the economics of education, and produced a policy and literature review titled ‘Carbon taxes and the attainment of emissions reductions targets in South Africa: A critical stocktaking of recent analyses and policies’. The full working paper is available here.
