Joel Gondwe

Joel Gondwe completed his undergraduate studies at Chancellor College (University of Malawi) obtaining a Bachelors in Social Science with a major in Economics in 2010. He proceeded to undertake his Honors in Economics at Stellenbosch University in 2015, Masters in the same in 2016 and is currently a PhD student within the Department. His main research interests are applied micro-econometrics, the economics of education, and labour economics, particularly issues concerned with the future of work in the wake of increased automation.
